REFUND POLICY

At Studio Sew Kior, each piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

 

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or shipping. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and work to resolve it.

 

Sizing

Please review sizing details carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order, as we are not responsible for sizing issues.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed or production has begun.
